Zero Customer Service at WesBank, again.........

I have two business vehicles financed through WesBank and after reporting their aggressive nature previously through hellopeter I'm happy to report they have eventually come to the party with a structure to cover payments missed during the Covid Lockdown. Congrats to Collen Bastra for having an understanding of the small businessman and what he is experiencing after what I can only described as the toughest year I have ever experienced in my business life and I'm 56. Unfortunately, the bliss of having sorted this out has been short lived. Whilst I am thankfully still in business, unlike many of my counterparts, generating business to cover my monthly expenses in addition servicing my carryover debt from the severe lockdown is proving tough. However, I somehow seem to be managing, even if I am a week or two late in making payments. Enter aggressive WesBank once again who are sending debt collectors to my house and continually pestering me via the telephone........ Whilst I completely understand that you have to service the loan they approved, some understanding of the current situation most of us find ourselves in is required, this hard **** attitude doesn't help anyone......... I'm making payment, how can they massage me and say they are disappointed I'm not meeting my specified dates, oh my word, really............ Customer service out of 1/10........
