Zero customer appreciation

Zero customer appreciation!!!! After 25 years banking with FNB and purchasing my cars through Wesbank they decline my finance application as they picked up a judgement on my TransUnion report. This judgement was rescinded by the court in 2018. The judgement was made against me in error for a lease of office space in George. I submitted the court documents and explained what transpired. Wesbank refuse to accept the rescinded judgement and has ignored the fact that I have never defaulted on any payment or at worst case paid one installment late! Wesbank clearly do not value long-standing customers and don’t deserve loyal customers!!
