Yours staffs approach and how it impacts a family

Good day.

On being contacted regarding the arrears on this vehicle I advise the consultant that my husband had been in hospital 5 months this years and I was working on catching up the arreas. This was the same for myother vehicle alswo financed by yourselves
I received a call the beginning of the month to set up a debit order to catch up the arrears on the other vehicle Why was I not contacted and offered the same opportunity for this vehicle? I did explain my situation again to the consultant.
My husband has been on medical disability for years. The other vehicles are with the children to enable them to study. Removing this vehicle deprives me of my ability to work and I have the ONLY income in the family.
Friday I get a call to pay R26 000 by today or have the car collected. Why can an arrangement be made for the other vehicle but not for this vehicle.
This is putting my family in a diabolical situation - how do I accommodate my husband if he needs to go to the hospital etc.
Please reconsider and assist with and arrangement as you did for the other vehicle

Regards
