You will never see your Natis document
A vehicle had been paid off in september 2023 and to this day no one has contacted me regarding the NATIS document , and when i try to call , I literally get hold to have my call answered by an agent for 3 hours, how is that even possible . seriously , its easy to deduct payments but when its time to stick to your end of the deal no one says anything or answers.
worst service ever..
