After speaking to several consultants, Kawsar Gabriel / *** / *** explained settlement amount @ R130 734.84 This payment needed to be made before 28/11/19, the proof of payment clearly indicates the 28/11/19 with immediate clearance to settle account.

After weeks of trying to get veh sold, I managed to get a buyer (family member helped assembled funds, as I am too young to have my name tarnished due to the fact that i work in the financial Sector Of the motor industry)

I requested the Natis doc to hand over to the buyer AS AGREED, to conclude purchase. After being on the phone with the collections department for 21mins (calling from my cell) a gentleman Almera Gresse / *** / *** Telling me I have to pay the additional R3 337.88 to make the settlement amount R134072.72 as a pose to the initial R130 734.84 agreement. Refuses to understand my UNEMPLOYED circumstances, even though I've taken money from the kids Fund, he did not sympathies the situation (I'm happy his family gets to eat at night)

Due to no Natis, the buyer decided to extract the sale, and wishes to have the entire amount of R130 734.84 paid bank into their account with immediate payment as was done!

I honestly Am appalled by the level of concern you as Wesbank express to your LOYAL customers. (I'll tell you why I mention LOYAL CUSTOMERS)

I AM A PVT CLIENT / SIL CHECK ACC / VEH FINANCE / CREDIT CARD myself and my partner has a home loan with you to the value of R2.1M she is also a: PVT CLIENT / SIL CHECK ACCOUNT & CREDIT CARD with you. I am canceling all our accounts and moving to a different bank, as of the next pay date.
