Wrong Debit Order date caused unpaid in my account

I have been with wesbank for almost 5 years and recently purchased a second vehicle. I just requested that my debit order for one of the vehicles be switched to my spouse and it took a month with back and forth emails requesting documents which I submitted. After signing their amendment form they still debited my spouse's account on the wrong date, when I questioned this they said I was suppose to call a separate department to just amend the date alone, this is ridiculous especially that no one informed me about that. I LAID A COMPLAINT AND WAS TOLD THIS IS RESOLVED AFTER AGREEING ON PUTTING THE RIGHT DATE AND SUDDENLY I GET MESSAGES DAILY ABOUT MY ACCOUNT BEING IN ARREAS AND I MUST PAY IMMEDIATELY??? WHY SHOULD I BE HARRASSED WITH REMINDERS WHEN THE AGREED DEBIT ORDER DATE IS MONTH END??? WHY DID THE CONSULTANT AGREED TO LOSD THE DEBIT ORDER FOR MONTH END WHICH WE AGREED ON AND THEN I KEEP GETTING MESSAGES DAILY TO PAY THE ACCOUNT ON THE APP??? THIS IS SO ANNOYING AND IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT STATUS BADLY, I'M NOT A DEFAULTER AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ONE IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN WITH WESBANK AND THIS TREATMENT IS VERY BAD. I switched other accounts with ease from Standard Bank and the service was great. PLEASE UPDATE THE WORDING ON YOUR FIRMS BECAUSE IF A CUSTOMER DECLARED IN WRITING TO CHANGE BANKING DETAILS AND SPECIFIED THE INCEPTION DATE OF THE DEBIT ORDER ON THE SAME FORM WHY MUST THEY STILL CALL TO JUST AMEND THE DATE ALONE SEPARATELY AGAIN??? THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND WESBANK CAN DO BETTER. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME REMINDERS BEFORE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE, I'VE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND IT WAS YOUR POOR SERVICE THAT YOU DEBITED A NEW ACCOUNT ON A WRONG DATE.
