Worst service - They claim in the media they are willing to help with relief, LIES!!!

Please note my cell is not available. Email: ***

I have never ever come across a company that does not actually care how its clients are treated and in fact allows how YOUR staff address issues in the manner it does. I am desperate for help and all your staff do is pass the buck, respond like robots and completely detach the "care" you should have!

In the media you "claim" relief - “Our interventions will assist customers who demonstrated sound banking behaviour, such as having honoured their repayments to the bank on a consistent basis prior to Covid-19." WHAT A LIE!!!

I have been a loyal customer since 2015 and have had 3 different jobs and been unemployed for 12 months from then to now. I have always put your payment first.

I lost my job July 2020. My ex employee is extremely unprofessional - they retrenched me and then once I left the company premises said I left without them know, then tried to fire me to get out of paying me a settlement. I didn't lose my job by any design of my own... I had to take them to the CCMA and only got out 1 months salary because if I wanted to actually proceed to get my full settlement I had to wait until 2021. I continued paying my account up to November 2020 and also contacted you upfront when I realised there would be problem... I was offered a reduced fee but ran into complications paying December 2020 because my ex employee refused to give me my UIF documents. I have proof of this and the complaints I made to the CCMA and others to no avail. I eventually only got my documents end January 2021 and am now in the process of claiming so that I can pay you.

I have tried to reach out for assistance to make arrangements but your Customer Service does not allow "care" or "help" or any "understanding".

Tumi couldn't be bothered - From: Yolanda Erasmus <***> Sent: Wednesday, February 17, 2021 1:55 PM To: Dreyer, Tumi <***> Subject: Re: Arrears *** - [External Email] (CID:3kwp7yxzkdj1nfp3gj)

Hi Tumi, I have a problem with calls at the moment, my phone has been blocked for payment so I unfortunately only have access to email. Please could you advise me on the insurance when you aren't able to pay the normal monthly installments. I lost my job last year July and ran out of money along the way. I am looking for work but it's been very difficult to say the least. Please could you give me some advise, I don't want to lose my car.

She rep**** I don't have insurance and need to pay - massive effort made here! Couldn't even be bothered to advise me in any way and didn't respond to my request for documentation.

Hi Tumi, I managed to go through some old emails and I see what you mean about the insurance. As I mentioned before I cannot pay my installment as is right now. Is there another arrangement I can make? I really don't want to lose my car. Please can you assist me.

Dreyer, Tumi <***>Thu, Feb 18, 1:59 PM to me

Good day, The only way to assist to enter into an arrangement where you need to make payment of your normal installment and extra amount of R1000 monthly or goods need to come in for safe keeping. No other arrangement can be granted for you

Real helpful! No other arrangement! Not lets see what we can do to help... Oh that's right you'd have to know what help means.

Your social media is a joke (facebook) - Hi Yolanda Erasmus, we do understand your frustrations and need for transportation however at this point it rather hard to say any payment arrangements can be made considering the arrears on the account. You may speak to Tumi Dreyer on *** or you may email them at *** for further assistance. Regards, PM - WesBank Social Care Team

My reply - Wow... I already spoke to Tumi and asked if I could make a small payment as a gesture until I get UIF as I don't know how much I'm getting and have other debts to pay to as well... Her reply was no I need to make full payment +R1000... So this is my whole point... You don't care!!!

Hi Yolanda Erasmus, please note that once an account has been handed over - it's really on the account controller to determine the outcome of the account and only arrangements can be made with them. Regards, PM - WesBank Social Care Team

So if Tumi doesn't care or wants to help then that's 100% ok! Your social media is just a front for ad's and things to make you look good on paper but your service speaks volumes.
