Worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst service I have ever received!!! All I want to do is change the date of my debit order to the beginning of the new month and I get told that because I have change the date 3 times I cant change it again. So this means I will have to wait for 6 MONTHS before changing it and ontop of that I will have to pay the interest every month until then ( DISGUSTING) !! JUST TO CHANGE A DATE. Natasha Thomas has gladly ignored my emails and calls???? What kind of service are you trying to offer.. clearly the worst service I have ever received!!!!! ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY FOR MY VEHICLE BUT TO THE CONVENIENCE OF WESBANK I WILL HAVE TO PAY INTEREST AND MY CREDIT SCORE GOES DOWN!!! If someone can assist within this year???????????? that would be fantastic!
