WORST SERVICE EVER - SHOCKING
Shocking service. I have been waiting for my refund since Dec 2020. I have sent countless emails and spoke to numerous call centre agents who assured me that the refund has been processed. LIES ! The customer complaints page does not work. When you submit a complaint it gives you an ERROR message.
I will NEVER deal with Wesbank ever again!!!
