WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Dad is 74 years old. He was forced to send the below email as he is receiving no joy at all from Wesbank. They have been messing him around for over 3 weeks now.
This Email serves to confirm the absolutely *********** and unprofessional way in which this request was handled 1st March My wife telephoned Wesbank and explained that we needed the Certificate of Registration as we needed to transfer the car into our name to receive an insurance claim from Outsurance.
As the account was in my name, my wife phoned. The lady spoke to me and verified that I was the account holder. The lady then told me to send an e mail and I needed to pay R440 and send the proof of payment, which was done IMMEDIATELY Because I do not have an email address, I asked my wife to send on my behalf. I received an email to say that Wesbank no longer attended to request on behalf of a third party. We immediately phoned back and the person said that I must send another email, stating my name and to give all the details again. We received another email in which I had to verity that I was the account holder, which I forwarded immediately I then received another email to say that the reference was WES2103/02157 and that the documents would be delivered in 5 – 7 working days. 15th March On the 15th March my wife phoned again, I was here to verify the call, and someone told me that the parcel was with DSV . We phoned DSV and they said that the reference number given to me did not exist. We phoned again; again my wife phoned but I was verified and AGAIN spoke to SHARKIEL WILSON. This man was the ONLY PERSON who gave us correct information. He said that the Documentation was delivered somewhere in Cape Town in FEBRUARY 2020 but that the car was not transferred into our name yet. Sharkiel was helpful, polite and went out of his way to help. Sharkiel said that I had to pay R440, I then told him that I had paid that on the 1st March. He said that I must please send the proof of payment which we did. We then sent another email to Sharkiel's personal email address. My wife telephoned again but they would not even listen to her as I was the account holder she waited for 20 minutes on the phone At 4.15 my wife spoke to Sharkiel again and he said that he would escalate the enquiry as soon as possible.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS 75 AND 71 YEAR OLD PEOPLE. WHY WAS MY WIFE ONLY TOLD 15 DAYS LATER THAT THE PARCEL WAS NOT ON ITS WAY IF ALL YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED – THEN PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THEM – THEN YOU WILL ESTABLISH WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IF THIS MATTER IS NOT SORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS I SEE NO OTHER WAY FORWARD THEN TO PUT THIS ON HELLO PETER AND EVERY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM THAT EXPOSES THE TREATMENT TOWARDS US THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT I CALLED WAS ***-******X (WHERE YOU CAN LISTEN TO THE CALLS) THIS IS MY WIFES WORK NUMBER PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS MATTER URGENTLY
