Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my car back in 2012 through Wesbank and never missed a payment untill I got retrenched. The day I bought a car I also had to take out a policy that would cover me in the event of death, retrencement and/or illness. In 2015 when I wanted to encash the policy all of a sudden Wesbank has gone quite . Also went to their online page and asked them on their to please contact me and I have send them emails to enquire what documents where needed so that I can get a hold of them. Had no response from them. When they finally responded it was a company that wanted to come and collect the vehicle. I then borrowed some money to pay a amount on the outstanding balance. After that I lodged a complaint on hellopeter. They then phoned me but instead of offering me any assistance they just wanted to know when I will be able to pay the rest of the outstanding amount. In the sametime my mother in law offered to assist me with the monthly payments. She wrote an affidavid which I send to Wesbank. The person send phoned me and asked how much extra I will be able to pay on the arrear amount. He was running with a figure of R 5000 extra a month on top of the installment which was a bit heavy but he did not want to budge for a lower amount. In the same conversation I mentioned the policy that I had with them and what happened. He then said that he investigated and that he came to the conclusion that it was a miscomuniation between Wesbank and me. Secondly he said that Wesbank knew that some of the garages were selling bogus policies to customers. And they rejected the assistance that I was offered by my mother in law. And now all of the sudden they started phoning my family saying that they will have me arrested for theft if I do not return the vehicle. Then a tracing agent contacted me and eventually found me. First he introdues himself as someone working for the bank and then the bank send him all of a sudden. So meaning his actually working for another company. He phoned Wesbank and they told him that my debt counselling have been closed and he acknowledged that their is companies selling bogus policies to Wesbank customers. I also sarted making payment as from last month but they are more interested in the arrear amount than assisting me to rather make a plan that I an keep my vehicle and still pay them every month. So know can Wesbank please answer the following:

How did the Wesbank consultant came to the conclusion that their was a miscommunication?

Since my debt counselling have been closed can I please get proof of counselling given?

Can you also give proof that you in any way tried to assist me in getting this matter resolved without the vehicle going into storage?

Then I also refuse to speak to any consultant thelliphonically since what they say on the phone and in emails are two different things. I only deal with them via email then I have everything in writing.

Any one on this site that can give advise? Please it will be highly apreciated as I am not getting any assistance from anybody on this matter not even Wesbank.
