Worst service and experience i have ever had with wesbank

<p>I bought a vehicle in December for my wife. After i bought it i showed her the car and she said its to big for her. Kyle pretorius requested that he wants to buy the vehicle and we agreed that he would buy it for the same price. He already had pre approved financing from fnb. After filling in and jumping through all the hoops wesbank gave us we waited and waited and waited. Eventually i grew tiered of waiting and started bugging then every day. Today i was told the following </p> <p>"</p> <p>Good day<br /> <br />Trust you are well,<br /> <br />My apologies once again on delay, I received final feedback from our back office and management and they have advised that final decision is previous sellers would need to provide proof of payment before they may proceed. Proof of payment to be presented by seller that Mr. Joubert bought the vehicle from for transaction made as well as paid up letter to be presented by previous sellers mother who had vehicle financed. I have tried contacting Mother of previous seller however unable to get through, as per Mariska advised that she has paid the vehicle while under finance on her mother’s name. The car is my car as i have all the proof of the previous seller and transaction that i paid for the car. I even sent them a road worthy certificate of the vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe we where kept on a line for 3 months and this is the kind of service and effort i get from fnb. </p> <p> </p> <p>My bussines personal and investments are with fnb but not for much longer due to the lack of willingness they have to there customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will no longer recommend fnb (wedbank) to anyone i know and will never do business with them again. </p>
