WORST SERVICE

d day,

This email serves as a COMPLAINT of non-satisfactory service from WESBANK.

Consumers at WESBANK are treated like beggars. I am now told after I requested for a refund two weeks ago that I must provide proof of a deposit. However the same deposit I made is accepted for payment of premiums without asking the source of funds.

WHERE IS THE CONSISTENCY???

The amount of R19 000 I paid in on 27 September as a cash deposit into Wesbank account requesting a payment holiday of 6 instalments. The request was never actioned as I was led to believe the request came from an unknown email since I used my work email address. After I sent the email from an email address known to WESBANK I received an email back saying it was too late to stop my debit order for the month of October.

Which for me meant the payment holiday would be from the month of November. To my surprise my DEBIT ORDER for November still went of my FNB account.

As I was inconvenienced I requested a refund for 3 months and ask telephonically for the debit order instalment for the months December, January and February to be put on hold.

I mean this is simple ENGLISH that I am speaking here.

I demand a response from Management as I am done talking with the consultants telephonically. I DON’T HAVE THE DEPOSIT SLIP OF 27 SEPTEMBER 2017 for the amount I paid in cash at FNB Menlyn Maine branch.

DO YOU REALLY want to tell me an organisation as big as WESBANK don’t have resources to trace the source of the payment I made?
