Worst finance, when you ib trouble they do not look at how was you history,.
Worst bank ever, i am a government Frontline worker, that due to covid became under debt review, wesbank was the only bank that refuse to help me, i strongly do not recommend a bank that have no empathy is this time. I will never use their service and so not my family. Their response, we are nit Absa or Standard bank, when i explained them how they assist me thru my difficulties.

10 Mar 2021, 08:38I have not had any help ever since i lig this complain, i am confuse because they told they will come back but the only thibg i receive is legal cost which i can not afford, what is wrong with wesbank, uf i can not psy the installment how can i pay legal fees tgst is almist tge amount of the installment, and still dont know if tgey going to take their bakkie back.
