Worst experience in buying my new car

<p>it takes me almost 45 minutes to to get through to an agen in privat finance. I have sent mails since 22nd March today is the 27th not a single reply. Eventually got a call 24th by an arrogant agent whos day was to busy to reply to any of the 8 messages i left over 2 days. You broke my spirit when this supposed to be a happy and joyous transaction, pathetic even though this is the 5th car i financed through you.</p>
