WORST EVER!

Pity there isnt a "no star" rating for a company as useless as this. I settled my car with WESBANK last July, the cars ownership papers were never sent to me when the settlement happened. I had to request these forms from Wesbank. Apparently there was an "unsuccessful" delivery and the forms went back to WESBANK, no one called me to tell me this either. Again I had to call them, I was absolutely dumbstruck that I then had to pay for the next delivery.

Still, the documents didnt arrive. I then had to send proof that I am who I say I am, (on the third attempt), why was it okay to not have to share this the first two times Wesbank?? I then get told the documents were on their way, guess what THEY STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED!!!!! Can I come there and show you guys how to put document into a folder, write an address and send? I suppose i will have to pay another R60 for courier fees.

Your slogan is "how can we help you?" how about "how can we ***** from you some more?" or "how can we mess you around?" - you guys are useless, absolutely USELESS!
