WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day I trust your well. I would like to lodge a formal compalint to express my dissatifaction with the handling of my account and the recent repossession of my vehicle.I purchased a vehicle Through Wesbank ,but on the contract i noticed there were extras that were included without my knowledge.I took the dicrepency matter to MIOSA and my case was reffred to NCT. The judment came back unssucceful beacause they say by putting my signature which means i aggreed for everything which is not fair.

Due to the court cases i fell behind on my payments and understand the importance of meeting my obligations. I reached out to your customer services to discuss a repayment arrangement, especially to pay 50% of my errears in an effort to rectify the situation.Unfortunately my request was denied without a reasonable explanation, leaving me feeling unsupported during this challanging time.

I expect that as a long standing client thier role is to assist me evn during the storms time.i requested to make a huge lump sum payment in an effort to cover the outstanding debt and rework my monthly installment they still insist on repossession of the vehicle. How does this make sense as they will still require me to pay back vehicle finance? This is unfair treatment.

I am disappointed as this shows that they only care about money but lack a customer care on their part. I believe that a collaborative aproach would benefit both parties, and i am eager to resolve this matter .I kindly request a reconsideration of my proposal or an alternative solution that can help me get my asset back and continue with my payments.
