Worst banking experience Wesbank!!!!

Worst Banking ever. The Atrocious service from Wesbank / Colserve. My car was written off and the amount was paid off excluding shortfall. The colserve agents have been giving me a run around when all I want to do is make an arrangement to settle my outstanding balance. I suspect they are trying to push me into refinance this amount so I can pay interest! Each time I ask to speak to the line manager the agents cut the call. I am exhausted. I would have NEVER accepted the offer from Wesbank if I had known of this bad service.
