Worst bank ever!

I paid off my loan after trying to speak to someone who has something in the brain. The people there are more than stupid, I don't even have words for it. Now I paid off my loan, sent proof of payment and I get NO answer. I don't get my documents or anything else. I sent the email twice and if they don't sort out my issue within this week, I'll contact a lawyer! I would never recommend that "business"! Even a collection company doesn't want to work with them anymore.
