Worst Bank Ever!!!

Please note, I commend the F&I for trying his best at VOLVO East Rand. My complaint is against Wesbank!! I decided to trade in 1 of my cars & sell 1 of my cars to my dad. Volvo East Rand will settle my older car with Wesbank. No problem. My newer car is one my dad is buying. The F&I tried to assist my dad & I with our private sale. My dad has a judgement from Sars which he paid and we have given these documents to the F&I. My Volvo is ready for collection tomorrow 24/12/2015. But now Wesbank declined my private deal with my dad, who has 8 vehicles on his name & 6 of them is paid off!!!! Seriously!! So they decline an already outstanding client with proof that he paid Sars!?!?! You also make me loose a deal which would SAVE ME MONEY!?!?! My dad will be paying me for the vehicle until it is off my name. So whether he pays me or Wesbank he is going to pay it. But now he will pay me until the lady at Sars comes back from leave to write a letter so that ITC can remove his name. Difference is now once that happens, I WILL GO BUY A NEW VEHICLE AT A NONE WESBANK AFFILIATED DEALERSHIP! So well done Wesbank!
