Worse than a Govt. Dept
I love FNB and I am so impressed by how efficient they are.... I thought Wesbank would be the same, not even close... it really is as bad as dealing with a Govt. Dept :(

* I had to deliver documents to Head Office, I asked whom I could address the envelope to, but was advised that they do not work that way.
* I call and I'm transferred all over, with no assistance, I have spent over an hour on the phone.
* I call and I'm told the Legal Dept is in a meeting and I should phone back... no offer of a message.
* I send an urgent message requesting assistance and receive no feedback.

I am so disappointed with Wesbank's lack of service...
