Why is Wesbank making NRB Collection Services rich at my expense?!

I have been paying my outstanding balance at Wesbank and apparently wesbank has been giving 10% of payment I make to NRB Collection Services for administration services. I have no idea what administration?! I have not been getting phone calls or whatsoever from NRB Collection Services throughout the months. Please explain. my balance has been standing still even though I have made payments of ZAR 16500
