Why can't i get my documents and paid up letter

I settled my car via EFT on Sunday evening 2nd October 2016. I have called the centre every single morning and today log online and see my car is paid off, but i have a balance of R134. I call the call centre, and i am told not to worry about that. I tell the consultant that i want a paid up letter. I then get told that i need to wait 10 days for my debit order to clear so that i can get my papers and paid up letter. Nowhere on Wesbank's site does it mention this. I then ask to speak to a manager. I hold and then the same consultant tells me that he has spoken to the supavisor and that if i am certain the debit order has gone off they can arrange the documents. I then mentioned that with both vehciles i have bought via Wesbank, that a debit order has never bounced. I then ask to speak to a maanger only to find that the phone is hung up on me. I am pushing for this because i am trying to buy a third vehicle and i want proof my account is settled. It doesn't look like my money is good enough anymore for Wesbank and that they are not interested in repeat business.

Tina helped resolve this issue and listened to feedback from my experiance with the call centre. Tina also noted where improvement can be made and I hope this can be implemented at Wesbank. Thank you.
