Where's my NATIS docs??
Paid up my account on 9 April and requested my Natis docs. I've sold my caravan and need to transfer ownership to new owner. Did everything on their web site. Nothing and no one can update me on when I can expect the docs. I received my ABSA ones within 3 days a few months ago on another deal so had a similar expectation. So please don't blame covid, if ABSA can do it so can you. All I hear is that my request is being reviewed. I have paid, there's nothing to review other than your terrible service.
