Where is my money you took Wesbank Collections

I called in and spoke to Clive in collection ********** 150 where i made an arrangment for the arrears to be deducted over a certain period. When i went through my statement and it reflected i'm still in arrears after i've made an arrangment and funds were deducted on my bank statement. I've been assisted by Innocentia as well, explained my problem to her, she too works in the collection department and she cancelled my call. None of Wesbanks Collection department has the audacity to call me back and sort out their mess as it was an instruction done from their side for the debit orders. I have now been charged interest on the incorrect amount with has now pushed up my amount owed on my account. I want an explanation as i've been sent from pillar to post with absolutely no one to help.....disgusted in your customer service
