Where is my money

I paid r350.00 to Wesbank to assist with my late father's vehicle registration. They told us everything was sent to us a long time ago. They requested proof off payment for the money was sent on 29 september with my banking details. It's end of October I am still waiting for my money. I know from working for a repo company if you miss one payment they cannot wait to repo. But wanting my money I just get a generic answer. So glad you not my bank. I want my money
