I app**** for Vehicle Financing online. Why can't Wesbank share the interest rate they offer directly with me? Why do I have to go to the dealership and accept what they suggest as a rate from you. Why can Standard bank phone me directly and communicate this info to me and not refer me to the dealership. I think we're way passed treating people like they don't know what they're doing. If this is how you treat people than I guess it's time to seek greener grass. Especially when the Premier banker tells you you're expecting private banking services but I remember the premier banker assisting me in 2014 to acquire the deal I did.
