What wonderful, efficient and friendly service

I would like to pay Caitlin Steel from Wesbank a compliment. Today my husband wanted to change his details on his account and Caitlin took the call to assist him. She was friendly and efficient. A misunderstanding arose between them and when the situation was resolved with no problem and no feeling of being 'forced' into taking a policy I was completely surprised. When the current situation allows, I will DEFINITELY be contacting Caitlin to do said policy. Thank you for not putting us under unnecessary pressure and stress or guilt feelings which so many call center's do. GREAT SERVICE :)
