Hello Zolime,

Thank you for your concerns highlighted and affording us the opportunity to investigate.

The respective management has personally intervened and managed to negotiate the selling price of the Goods on your behalf in addition to structuring the most favourable deal that is permissible in lieu of your adverse credit profile. The Bank is governed by legislative requirements which stipulate that due diligence is observed when entering into a credit agreement and as such, we cannot overlook same without consequence because the risk observed must be mitigated. To this end, the credit quotation is both fair and favourable when all the facts surrounding this case are considered. Should you disagree with this finding, you may exercise the right to electing an alternative financier to suit the purposes of your intent.

We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

Yours faithfully,
WesBank
