Westbank stop harrasing me

Jan 2015 westbank sent to me a paidup letter for my vehicle& registration paper, couried into my door. 3months later they hv been collecting & Harrasing me. To top it all, they refunded me the surplus cash which was access in my acccount. I hv been asking everyone to go and listen to the call recordings when I called up to a point where I was refunded . For the service I gave Wesbank since 2008, I'm being threatened to be taken to ITC by the rude Elmarie,u can listen to todays call.Never Never will I finance my vehicle with Wesbank-im irritated .I still repeat, Wesbank is not going to get a cent from me. Its Wesbank fault that the consultant misrepresented me. Their most valued customer is treated like trash. Elmarie shame on you trying to cover ur consultant mess by turning the blame on me. If this is not resolved I'm writting to the credit Obudsman. The human resource & all resources used are way over what u r claiming I owe u. I
