Westbank not honoring their agreement.

Can anyone at Wesbank explain to me how you do business?? We decided about a month ago to buy my wife a new car. We then came across one off your sceam deals and decided to go for it, solely for the low interest rate. At the time the dealer did not have stock and told us it will take about a month to arrive. A month later when the vehicle arrived we had to sign a new contract, as per the dealer, you ( Wesbank) did not have the low interest rate deal anymore.

This is why we went for the vehicle because you (Wesbank) gave us a good deal. A month later you told us you dont have the deal anymore. Is it our fault that the dealer did not have stock?? If they had stock at the time we would have gotten the deal. And I know the Interest rate went up by 75 basis points. Still not close to the internet rate you offer now.

So how do you do business, I honestly don't understand. Please provide me with a detailed description as to how Wesbank deals with customers that agrees to Wesbanks payment terms, and then the dealer does not have stock, and you tell the dealer to order your vehicle, thinking you will still have the same deal when your vehicle arrives.

P.S. your customer service email system does not work. Just like the company, not promising at all.
