Westbank is Prejudicing me as client and put me in a worse off situation

Good Day I am really hoping I can get some attention here. In October I bought my first vehicle from Barons Belville (Cape Town) which was approved at 10.95% interest at amount R 179 751.80 I took delivery of the vehicle here in JHB on the 13th of October 2020 After waiting almost 2 months

After driving the vehicle I noticed something was not right. Had the vehicle checked and only to discover there was HUGE issues with the car. My Mother and myself approached the dealership and requested a cancellation of the deal or we approach the ombudsman. After we spent R 10 000 plus on the car. Only we were told even more repairs the car would still not be a 100%

The dealership eventually approved and accepted the car back and cancelled the deal. I was refunded one installment. I have since found a vehicle to purchase but now I am being prejudiced by Westbank and battling all over with finance due to this having a negative effect on my ITC. I had a car a month ago and now nothing. Westbank sent my application to management and now they come back with a ridiculous approval which in fact puts me in a worse off situation.

As they have approved only R 112 400 and expect me to give a R 50 000 deposit plus whatever the difference is as the purchase price is R 190 000 So basically I have to find R 77 600 (Who has this lying around) When All I asked is that they finance me for the same amount that I was financed a month ago. Or even just R 165 000 and the balance I would give in cash.

Nothing has changed in a month. My Disposable Income is EXACTLY the same and I can afford the same installment I was paying previously. Westbank is now giving me a 12% fixed interest (Which is also not fair, as the way things are going, if the interest rate reduces I am stuck at a higher rate.) Also where can I purchase a car for R 112 400?

My Disposable income is over R 7 000 and I am able to afford the same installment previously approved by Westbank. I need some answers please and manual intervention here as I need the same finance I had a month ago. Nothing has changed in terms of affordability.
