My wife received an sms that Westbank is going to contact her for proof of insurance out our car under finance with them. I read online and emailed proof of insurance to them. We have now received a threatening email that they are unable to contact us and have asked us to send them the required information that I have already sent. All over hello peter i see they this is a corporate **** to add insurance to your policy. I have emailed them back to make them aware of this and that I was not buying it...
