Westbank FNB and Direct Axis

My credit record is affected negatively and I am being turned down by banking institutions due to unfair treatment by RMB , especially when applying for credit There is a negative record that does not even BELONG TO ME , its actually for a DIFFERENT PERSON !!! I have tried to resolve this by making numerous contacts with Direct Axis Wesbank & FNB I have requested their records be amended and the negative data removed from my name . I received a bank e-mail confirming I do not have outstanding debt with these banking institutions and confirmation that the loan reflecting under my name does not belong to me , HOWEVER ! this matter stays unchanged and im going around around in circles. Where is the TCF principle for me the client being app**** here ???? , its grossly unfair and negligent that a financial institution cannot resolve their internal data records . Why are Unreasonable barriers been created here ? There is no clear information or direction that my urgent complaint is being dealt with appropriately . FNB have turned down my bond application by using their own false data ( for a different person ) as a reason for not qualifying . What disgusting treatment !. I have been a client with them both personal and business for more than 20 years and this is the service I get .
