Westbank does not care about its customers
I am disgusted in Westbank. I pay my premiums on time. The one time I ask for one months payment holiday to bury a loved one I am told by your call Centre they not willing to help and I can give the car back. Seriously? I will not use this bank again. On the phone to Standard bank to move all my accounts now.
