WestBank - Deducting Funds for expired warranties for over 4 years (R27k)

We activated a Policy with LiquidCapital that covered Instalment Warranty, Instalment Service Plan, Vehicle Tracking and Body line Maintenace in 2016. Since then, there have been monthly charges to cover these policies. The problem here is that the policy expired in 2018 we only discovered this when we attempted to utilize the cover we have been paying for. When we tried to contact Liquid Capital about this, we received no responses. This went on for just over a year. Then Covid hit. Other things became more important. We reopened this issue the 1st of September and finally received a response from Liquid Capital stating that we would be passed along to the relevant department, to date still no answer. We also requested that this be escalated to the appropriate managers - No Answer. The response was from M-Sure (Warranties company) and I quote "As I have advise before is that your policy has already expired in 2018 and we were not deducting for your policy". After posting our review on Hello Peter we finally received a response from LiquidCapital. In short, the responsibility for the additional charges falls on WestBank as the warranties have expired with LiquidCapital / M-Sure and they have not been taking / receiving the funds. Which means that for the last +4 years WestBank has been charging us for warranties that have expired (+/- R21k) and keeping the money. Which begs the question how many other people is WestBank been charging for services that have expired or are no longer in play? Also how many people are under the impression that their vehicles are covered by policy that has expired because they are still being charged for it? Any suggestions on a way forward from people would be greatly appreciated.
