Westbank car finance useles

I write this as a disgraced client of Wes bank car finance. I think they need to reshuffle their staff (specifically Legal department LUCKY PHARASI) the guy thinks he owns Wes bank, very arrogant, unprofessional, you will call he will never answer, even the day you finally get hold of him he's so rude. after losing my job in 2019 had troubles paying my for car, which I finally did pay it off through their associate the assign to collect on their behalf, this guy Lucky has been holding my papers ,car ransom refusing to release it ,for no reason which lasted 2weeks after payment was done. I feel he made my issue very personal and I was surprised because I don't even know him.
