I started getting sms's about re-quoting of my insurance policy and then after I got sms's and emails about me sending them proof of insurance for my car. I asked them to call me which they didn't. Then I got a notice for the proof (7 days) after which they added there own insurance premium to my car finance instalment. Without even speaking to me. Which is unacceptable.
