WEST BANK FINANCES 2nd NON RUNNER VEHICALS

Have tried to get hold of the OMBUDSMAN of WEST BANK since 4th January 2019. Have sent 5 emails have tried calling as well. " Person will get back to you " STILL WAITING!!!. Have not gotten any email reply, Have left my details. A 2nd hand dealership sold me a vehicle that West Bank financed. THE VEHICLE IS A NONRUNNER. They sold a non runner car that WEST BANK APPROVED. No one from West Bank has bothered to contact me. The Delaer ship has had the car 3 times in there work shop trying to get the car running. I have bills of towing fees getting the vehicle back to Dealer ship where the dealership wont refund the money. Every time they said the Vehicl was fix.. SAME FAULT SAME PROBLEM. COME TO A POINT WHERE THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED DROVE 7KM TO MY HOUSE, CAR IS STILL SITTING AT THE HOUSE AS DEALER SHIP NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING THE MATTER. NOR DOSE WEST BAK WANT TO GET INVOLVED IN SELLING FINANCE TO DEALERSHIPS SELLING NONRUNNER VEHICALS.......
