Wesbnk do not comply

I requested a loan from WesBank. I received a quote after telephone conversation which is valid for 5 days I have send them an email informing them that I’m declining the quote but for some reason i received a missed call after couple of minutes i receive an sms that says money will be in my account I called them immediately asking them to reverse the money but they said they cannot revere the money i will be reliable for the settlement
