Wesbank/vw/Audi financial services sucks

Hi all

I just went through a terrible experience with a debt review consultant from WB motor who is responding to me on behalf of wesbank/vw/Audi financial services, her name is Kubasni Naidoo, the most rude obnoxious person ever,

I was pregnant and had an emergency c section 2 months early therefore I was not financially prepared, esp to pay my car installments as uif would not be enough, but obviously this woman never had kids so wouldnt understand,

I sent multiple emails to them advising my situation, I explained that I would pay once I get back to work, I only received 1 response from them saying they would forward the email to the respective people, i was awaiting an email response as my phone was broken but got ntn so i assumed all was in order

Now i receive an email saying my vehicle is going to b attached and Kubashni says i only emailed once and that I cnt just not pay , i even pleaded with her and i said please can i pay as i only went back to work now and its mid month, i only get paid month end, she completely refused, with no remorse,

I advise all, never ever take your car finance with wesbank coz wen ur paying ur their best friend but when you are in a difficult position u get assholes like this to deal with
