Wesbank's Employee Ashley Stone

I just wrote complaining about lack of feedback from Wesbank's Marlene Dos Santos and Tina Du Toit of which I was rep**** by Ashley Stone saying they are out of office. Now he asks me to tell him brief what I want done,i simply asked him to just do a little bit of a follow up from the previous conversation and suggestions regarding the matter because I cannot always start from the beginning with everyone that takes up the matter(hence I asked Tina to start communicating via email because I previously had to restart everything with Marlene)I did with Marlene and Tina. This guy suddenly BUSTED OUT LAUGHING..I wasn't sure whether he was laughing at his office jokes or at what I just asked so I asked him "Are u laughing at what I just said or what" and he confirmed yes still continuing doing so. I told him to rather ask someone else to call me as I am in no mood to be DISRESPECT AND BELITTLED again by Wesbank's employees. Ashley Stone is an undermining,disrespectful person.I actually regret answering his call.
