Wesbankmustfall

Wes bank acc *** . Late Mosimpila Candy Rankoko My late daughter Mosimpila Candy Rankoko (***)bought a VW trendline polo through Wesbank in 2006 . She passed away on the 28th of December 2010.I went to Wesbank to submit all necessary documents and letter of authority. I indicated that I wanted to pay for it and keep it , at the beginning of 2011 I got a call from Wesbank that I should pay R9000 because the account was in arrears, I paid the R9000. I paid R3000 for the whole year of 2011 amounting to R36000 , I was avoiding arrears. At the end of 2011 I phoned asking for a statement. There was no communication with me . I got all sorts of stories ,like the account is not in your name , even if you had paid the whole amount you would never own it. Why did they receive the money knowing I am not the account holder.Mr Madiba , who was sent by Wesbank to reposes the car , was worried that I know his family. He said if he knew this he would have never agreed to reposes the car . Why? I went to Wesbank several times to discuss the matter but was always humiliated. On the 27 Jan 2021 I went to Wesbank with my attorney and discovered that the car was still in my daughters name. It was repossessed without a court order and I was told it was sold at an auction, whilst it was still in her name,it was taken before the contract date expired (2012 sep) .They never phoned to say I should come and take my refund, so they gained by taking my money and selling the car again. Wesbank says they can only give me R9000 and the rest was paid Voluntarily. I have been a pensioner From 1999 and unemployed I really need the money to pay for my grandson’s tertiary education, She had a group life in her salary advice. Please help me.
