WESBANK/FNB REFUSE TO CANCEL DEBIT ORDERS OR GIVE FEEDBACK ON COVID19 RELIEF APPLICATION

Given the world wide Covid-19 pandemic and the financial distruction this has caused and is still causing. I have received a notice from my company that we have to take an indefinate salary cut of 20%. I did not receive a full salary last month, and will not receive a full salary untill who knows when. I immediate jumped on board and app**** for Covid Relief on 22 April, which I have received confirmation that my application has been received and will be processed. I then asked if Webank can please cancel the debit order and they said they could not and I had to go into an FNB Branch, which I did. 2 hours later and I was told they cannot cancel any debit orders any longer. At the end of the day my debit orders returned and I was charged R100 per debit order. I have attempted again to get feedback from Wesbank, have been told a Mrs Lydia Scott is dealing with my case, but no one is getting back to me and month end is nearing again. I urgently need help to finalise this application/s please.
