Wesbank zero understanding of finance

After numerous emails to Wesbank I receivied a settlement figure from them. I paid the amount to them on the settlement date. They requested a further R360 after that which I also paid. A month later I receive a statement reflecting an amount in the thousands, that I owe them. How is it possible that Wesbank is still in business. They have no idea what they are doing.

Still no contact from Wesbank, Trifena Da Silva doesn't answer his/her phone or reply to e-mails. Have had no contact from Wesbank. I am seriously worried about the amounts I paid to Wesbank.
