WESBANK - YEARS OF GROSS MISCONDUCT, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND PAIN

I have been struggling with Wesbank for longer then three years now. In 2017 I bought my car from Imperial Motors Van Riebeek in Johannesburg where Wesbank agreed to finance my car. Unbeknown to me must have not followed the right procedure of making sure everything from the dealership was in order. A year or two later I tried to renew my silence disk and I was blocked from doing this. I was told there is a block on the system saying I cannot renew my license. I had to do my own research and found out that the dealership never licensed my car. Between the dealership and Wesbank this was not picked up and or told to me until after my own investigation I found myself deep in a rabbit hole with a cornel in the SAPS police department who searched my car and said that it looks like it was not liscenced. I told him that the dealership is closed down and that Wesbank refused to help me. The police officer said that Wesbank HAS to help me. Three years later and here I am still stuck with the same issue but even more problems. Due to not having my license registered and not being able to renew my license disk I have picked up multiples of tickets from law enforcement. I have been back and forth with countless people from Wesbank who say they will help or get back to me to either never get back to me or respond that it is not Wesbanks responsibility. I don't know who's responsibility it is then as I don't have the system or power to license my vehicle, I wouldn't know where to begin. 9 months ago after going through this ordeal for over 3 years I decided to withhold my monthly payments from Wesbank by principle for them to take responsibility for this car that they in fact own and to do the right thing and license my vehicle. After sending many lawyers for me and me every time explaining my story and even emailing some of the lawyers the story I have still not been helped. My withholding of payments has of course left me with credit issues so I struggled with renting a new place and on top of that the complex I live in now refuses to let me park my car inside without my license disk besides me having an affidavit from the police. My family and I are at our wit ends with this and I am disgusted in Wesbanks absolute disregard for following proper processed and when not followed putting the blame on client and refusing to take any accountability. I do not know what to do and/or where to go

I just received the below response to my complaint. Wesbank once again not taking any responsibility and/or helping me solve this issue. Just the same reply and answer I have been getting for years... The same thing that has lead me to post on HelloPeter. Unacceptable.

Firstly, Associated Motor Holdings has closed down and I cannot access anyone from the company
Secondly, I cannot license my vehicle myself this has to be done by an institution (Dealership or Financer)

Hope this email finds you well,
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint logged on Hello Peter.
Kindly refer to the attached email sent to you by Neo Sithole on 7/2/2021 where your complaint investigated and detailed feedback was provided to you and the matter was finalized.
The below was recommended, please confirm if same has been done.
it is recommended that you pay for the arrear licensing to get the vehicle legal and licensed to date and then take the matter up with Associated Motor Holdings whom
