Wesbank Worst Bank

After putting in extra on my car repayments, these ******* refuse to settle and they tell me they are charging a "theoretical future interest". Taking into consideration that they are refusing to close the account since they already have the additional (future payments) I find this absolutely despicable. I've done the same with my home loan (in a decent bank) and its a proven strategy to save on interest and useless bank charges. I will NEVER ever do business with these jerks. Indeed they are the Worst Bank. It's been weeks now waiting for someone who can explain this madness.
