Wesbank Worse customer service ever

Hands down the worse most non existent so called customer service I have ever experienced. Doesn’t respond to emails. I call I’m on hold forever.

I paid my loan up in fully mainly because I don’t wanna deal with them. One of the MANY emails I sent I asked them to confirm payment, confirm the account has been closed and send paid up letter.

I will rather go broke than deal with Wesbank again
