Wesbank Won't Refund My Money!
On the 6th Jan 2021 i mistakenly transferred money from my FNB Savings into my Wesbank Loan acc.The next day i went to FNB to try and get it reversed.I was told to email Wesbank which i did.On the 11th Jan 2021 received an sms saying that my request is under investigation and they will get back to me after 48hr.That hasn't happened till today 19Jan 2021.Im am furious as this is my hard earned money not the bank's. Such unreliable service.All consultants I call all say different things.I spoke to a lady called Thandeka today and said she will email me end of day.That hasn't happened.Guys stay away from FNB and Wesbank.Bad service.
