Wesbank won't give me logon details

I previously had a loan with Wesbank and logged on to their website in order to use online services. That was several years ago and my phone number and email address have changed in the meantime. I'm now busy paying off another car but can't log in and can't have the login details sent to me. I contacted Wesbank for help with this, but they have not gotten back to me.
